It always surprises me how much I take for granted. When I’m in a hurry, running late in the morning, no problem. I grab an Egg McMuffin and then I’m ready to work hard until lunch time. Then I find myself working through lunch and starving. I think we can see a pattern here…but no problem. I grab a Mr. Noodle (chicken of course).

I’ve never stopped to think about the people behind these inventions until this week. Heck, I didn’t even know someone invented them.

Then I read about Herb Peterson. He invented the McMuffin in 1972. I started browsing through our tributes at Respectance looking for other greats and I found Momofuku Ando who created the Mr. Noodle. Two great men, who were way before their time…perfect for my ‘just in time’ life. There are lots of great sotries out there. Have a look and see what you can find.
